On the App: Press the Account icon at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to Notification Settings. Tap the toggle next to enable or disable notifications
On the website: Sign in to your account, and go to your account page. Scroll down to Email preferences and uncheck the box of the emails you no longer wish to receive. You can also opt-out on the email itself, the opt-out link can be found at the bottom of the email.
