On the Sign-In screen on either the website or app, click the Forgot Password link and provide your email address in the field. You will be sent a resent link through email. Click on that and enter your new password. Once the password has been reset, you will be able to access your account. If you don't receive a reset email, please check your spam folder first in case it's been redirected there.
